Kala Point Welcomed into Yourshare Goldener Network!!

Published: 03/01/20 Topics: Comments:

Yourshare/biz, which offers resort and owner direct vacation rental bookings for timeshare properties, announced today that Kala Point Resort, a mainstay condominium community of the area, has enrolled in the Yourshare vacation rental program, operated by Goldener Inns.

Through Yourshare, participating homes are advertised on the custom built full ecommerce website at KalaPoint.net and on hundreds of prominent websites worldwide such as VRBO, Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia and more.

Kala Point Resort is a Washington State resort, just south of scenic and historic Port Townsend. Homes here range from 2-3 bedroom condominiums, complete with comfortable furnishings, kitchens, TV, cable, and internet. Guests have access to the resort’s club house and meeting room, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, year round sauna and hot tub. Other amenities include a workout room with exercise equipment, a small boat launch, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a playground.

Visitors to Port Townsend enjoy one of the most unique towns in Washington State. Located at the northeastern tip of the Olympic Peninsula, they’ll enjoy spectacular views of Puget Sound, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, and on clear days, can see all the way to Victoria Island and Mount Baker in British Columbia. The town itself is full of charming antique stores, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, all in beautiful, Victorian-era buildings.

Yourshare's innovative program offers greater marketing than most timeshare resorts can accomplish, and does it for a lower commission fee. Owners only pay a fee when their dates are booked. There is no enrollment fee, a long term contract is not required and Yourshare handles all details such as advertising, reservations phones, guest and owner services.
